North American Advertising (NAA) was founded in 2021 by career ad specialist Joe Salcedo with one goal in mind: to help businesses scale through expert ad management.

What began as a B2C paid ads team quickly evolved into something bigger. Late in 2021, we received a call from an SEO agency owner who needed help with Google Ads. He had two conditions:

  1. The work needed to stay under his brand name.
  2. He didn’t want to handle any client communication.

It wasn’t our typical approach — but we accepted the challenge. The agency set us up with branded email addresses (Joe@theiragency.com), we got to work, and the first campaign was a huge success. The client was thrilled, the agency was impressed, and before long, five more accounts came our way. That’s how North American Advertising was born.

As we grew, we discovered something game-changing: direct client communication dramatically improved client success and retention rates — even more than ad fulfillment alone. So instead of competing with other white-label agencies focused solely on fulfillment, we built a unique hybrid model that delivers both ad fulfillment and client communication, under one roof.
